All use of personal data is considered processing of personal data, such as collection, registration, compilation, storage and disclosure or a combination of these. Processing of personal data is regulated by the Personal Data Act.
Reese Legal is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the use of our services and products, and personal data we collect and process for the purpose outlined below. The fact that Reese Legal is the data controller primarily means that it is Reese Legal that has responsibility and obligations under the Personal Data Act.
If Reese Legal chooses another company that gets responsibility for processing personal data, i.e. data about you, we call this a data processor. In cases where we use data processors, we must ensure that we have entered into data processing agreements that regulate how the data processor can process data that is made available. The standard for this is that the agreement with the data processor may only process personal data on behalf of Reese Legal and for clearly and precisely defined purposes, as the regulation on processing of personal data requires.
Most of the data we have about you is data generated when you use some of our services. Examples of this can be; page views and information about your device (PC, mobile, tablet).

If there is suspicion that a crime has been committed in connection with the use of services, the information may be disclosed to public authorities upon request.

It is important that the information we have collected about you is correct and updated. If you discover errors, we encourage you to contact us so that the information can be corrected. You can also contact us if you want the information deleted.
We will not store personal data longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing and statutory obligations we have, for example according to accounting legislation.
Reese Legal may use analytics tools to collect information about how our services are used. We use Fathom Analytics, where we measure, among other things, the number of visitors, which pages are visited, how long a visit lasts and similar.
Statistics about users and traffic are usually used and applied in aggregate form, so that the statistics do not contain any information that can be directly linked to you as an identified person.
Reese Legal does not wish to collect or otherwise process personal data about children under 15 years of age.
If children under 15 years of age have nevertheless given us personal data, we will delete the information as soon as we become aware of the situation.
We may periodically update the privacy policy for Reese Legal’s services, to reflect any changes to the website. When we update the privacy policy, the new declaration will be published on the website 14 days before the changes are implemented. We will inform about the changes in the services that are affected.
